The zVEM application provides fast and easy access to test results, prescriptions, and other documents within the eZdravje system. It offers the following services:

<ul>
<li>Viewing health documentation (test results, authorizations, and other documentation)</li>
<li>Reviewing issued and used ePrescriptions</li>
<li>Examining eReferrals and eOrders</li>
<li>Checking waiting times</li>
<li>Issuing and storing digital COVID certificates (DCP) used for travel within the EU and some other countries</li>
</ul>

To use the application, you need access to the zVEM web portal at https://zvem.ezdrav.si, where you will authorize its use on your mobile phone using a QR code. To access the portal, you need an SI-PASS account and a qualified digital certificate (SIGEN-CA, PoštarCA, or another) or the SMS-pass login mechanism. For more information about the SI-PASS account, visit https://www.si-trust.gov.si/en/.

The application is intended for users of the Slovenian healthcare system, both Slovenian citizens and foreign nationals residing in Slovenia who utilize healthcare services from local providers.
